A: The most common treatment for endometrial cancer is removal of the uterus i.e. hysterectomy. An intraoperative examination of the uterus can also be done to evaluate the removal of lymph nodes. In Humanitas, we perform this surgery laparoscopically with the assistance of the Da Vinci robot.
