Hrkanje je zvuk koji tokom spavanja proizvodi osoba \u010dije je disanje blokirano. Zvuk proizvode tkiva gornjih disajnih puteva, koja se sudaraju i vibriraju. Hrkanje je \u010desta pojava, naro\u010dito kod starijih osoba i osoba sa povi\u0161enom telesnom te\u017einom. <\/span><\/p>\n

Kada je hrkanje ozbiljno, mo\u017ee da dovede do bu\u0111enja tokom no\u0107i i pospanosti tokom dana. Tako\u0111e mo\u017ee da ometa san partnera, ali mo\u017ee biti i znak te\u0161kog poreme\u0107aja spavanja koje se zove \u2018sleep apnea\u2019 odnosno prestanak disanja tokom spavanja.<\/span><\/p>\n

Simptomi<\/span><\/h2>\n

Zavisno od uzroka hrkanja, simptomi mogu biti: <\/span><\/p>\n

Ekstremna pospanost preko dana<\/span><\/p>\n

Bu<\/span>\u010dno <\/span>spavanje<\/span><\/p>\n

Nemiran san<\/span><\/p>\n

Te\u0161ko\u0107e pri koncentraciji<\/span><\/p>\n

Upala grla<\/span><\/p>\n

Dahtanje ili gu\u0161enje tokom no\u0107i<\/span><\/p>\n

Visok krvni pritisak<\/span><\/p>\n

Bolovi u grudima tokom no\u0107i<\/span><\/p>\n

Uzroci<\/span><\/h2>\n

Mnogi faktori mogu dovesti do pojave hrkanja \u2013 anatomije va\u0161e usne duplje i sinusa, konzumiranje alkohola, alergije, prehlada, va\u0161a telesna te\u017eina.<\/span><\/p>\n

Slede\u0107a stanja mogu da uti\u010du na disajne puteve i tako izazovu hrkanje:<\/span><\/p>\n

Anatomija usne duplje. Nisko, debelo i mekano nepce mo\u017ee da suzi disajne puteve. Osobe sa prekomernom te\u017einom mogu imati dodatne naslage masnog tkiva na zadnjoj strani grla koje mogu suziti prolaz vazduha.<\/span><\/p>\n

Konzumiranje alkohola. Uzimanje prevelike koli\u010dine alkohola pre spavanja mo\u017ee opustiti mi\u0161i\u0107e grla i smanjiti prirodnu odbranu od opstrukcije disajnih puteva. <\/span><\/p>\n

Problemi sa nosnom \u0161upljinom. Hroni\u010dni problem zakr\u010denosti ili devijacije nosa mogu da doprinesu pojavi hrkanja.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prestanak disanja tokom spavanja, tkiva u grlu delimi\u010dno ili potpuno bokiraju prolazak vazduha \u010dime se spre\u010dava disanje. <\/span><\/p>\n

Faktori rizika<\/span><\/h2>\n

Faktori rizika koji mogu da doprinesu hrkanju:<\/span><\/p>\n

Pripadnost mu\u0161kom polu.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pove\u0107ana telesna te\u017eina.<\/span><\/p>\n

Uski disajni putevi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Konzumiranje alkohola.<\/span><\/p>\n

Problemi sa nosnom \u0161upljinom.<\/span><\/p>\n

Porodi\u010dna istorija hrkanja i opstruktivnog prestanka disanja u snu. <\/span><\/p>\n

Komplikacije<\/span><\/h2>\n

Nedostatak sna mo\u017ee da uti\u010de na obavljanje va\u0161ih svakodnevih aktivnosti stvaranjem slede\u0107ih simtpoma: <\/span><\/p>\n

lo\u0161a memorija i koncentracija<\/span><\/p>\n

glavobolje (naro\u010dito ujutro)<\/span><\/p>\n

anksioznost <\/span><\/p>\n

depresija <\/span><\/p>\n

smanjena \u017eelja za seksom<\/span><\/p>\n

Prevencija<\/span><\/h2>\n

Pravilna ishrana, ve\u017ebanje, odr\u017eavanje normalne telesne te\u017eine.<\/span><\/p>\n

Izbegavanje upotrebe alkohola i lekova koji usporavaju disanje, poput lekova za spavanje i smirenje. <\/span><\/p>\n

Odlazak u krevet otprilike u isto vreme svake ve\u010deri, uz puno sna.<\/span><\/p>\n

Spavanje na boku, jer spavanje na le\u0111ima mo\u017ee da poja\u010da hrkanje. <\/span><\/p>\n

Prestanak pu\u0161enja. Time se smanjuje zapaljenje i otok disajnih puteva koji doprinose su\u017eavanju prolaza za vazduh. <\/span><\/p>\n

Podizanje uzglavlja kreveta stavljanjem cigle debljine 10-15 cm ispod nogu kreveta kod uzglavlja (Upotreba jastuka za podizanje glave i gornjeg dela tela ne poma\u017ee).
