The Minister of Health, Giulia Grillo, today signed the decree appointing the 30 “non-law” members of the Superior Council of Health, including Professor Marco Montorsi, rector of Humanitas University.
The Superior Council of Health, which acts as the scientific advisory body of the Minister of Health, has the task of providing advice on the most relevant issues in the health field to protect public health.
“I would like to thank Minister Grillo for this appointment, which honours me,” said Professor Montorsi, “and I am available, together with my other colleagues, to give my contribution as a surgeon and university lecturer. There are now major issues under discussion in the country, including the specialist training of young doctors and the development and sustainability of new technologies in medicine.
