Carence en vitamine K<\/h2>\n

Comme la vitamine K ou la naphtoquinone joue un r\u00f4le fondamental dans le processus de coagulation sanguine, un manque de vitamine K peut provoquer des saignements incontr\u00f4l\u00e9s. Cette carence est toutefois tr\u00e8s rare et ne peut se manifester que lors d’un traitement antibiotique prolong\u00e9 ou de la pr\u00e9vention de l’absorption intestinale.<\/p>\n

D’autres effets secondaires de la carence en vitamine K comprennent les fractures osseuses, l’ost\u00e9oporose et les formes d’arthrose.<\/p>\n

Apport excessif en vitamine K<\/h2>\n

Chez l’adulte, un apport excessif de vitamine K ou de naphtoquinone est rare, de m\u00eame que ses effets secondaires : vomissements, an\u00e9mie, thrombose, transpiration excessive, bouff\u00e9es de chaleur et sensation de serrement dans la poitrine.<\/p>\n

Chez les nouveau-n\u00e9s, un apport excessif de vitamine K ou de naphtoquinone est caus\u00e9 par l’administration de fortes doses de suppl\u00e9ments vitaminiques.
