You should try to avoid, or at least limit situations that could favor the breaking or bleeding of your mole. You should take special care if your mole is in a risky position where it rubs against the fabric of your clothes or against accessories such as necklaces, watches and bracelets.
What to do if you break a mole?

Dangerous and harmless moles
The appearance of a new mole or a mole that becomes darker than the others present in the same area, are conditions that deserve looking in to. In these cases, you should ask your dermatologist to determine the nature of the mole.
Harmless moles are very common on the skin and may even appear after the age of forty. Their formation is due to an accumulation of skin cells that gives rise to a pink mole, light brown or dark, or the same color of the skin. The size of these generally does not exceed 3 millimeters.
