Regular physical activity can be useful, a diet low in salt or other measures food, drink a lot, take diuretics or other drugs (for example to deal with thyroid problems) or the use of supplements. Calcium, magnesium and Manganese can be useful when the problem is associated with the menstrual cycle. In the case of venous insufficiency your doctor may recommend the use of elastic stockings.
