Bio

Dr. Renzo Benaglia Gained vast experience (around 3000 operations) both in surgical and microsurgical sampling of seminiferous tubules to extract and cryogenically preserve spermatozoa in patients suffering from secretory azoospermia both in the microsurgical reconstruction of the seminal vesicles in the case of obstructive azoospermia.

 

Previous experience

  • 1996 - 2006 San Paolo Medical Centre - Milan (MI) Italy
    Medical Director at the Andrology Unit of the Sterility Centre of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Clinic. Dealt with male infertility and sterility related medical and surgical pathologies; in fact performed numerous ultrasound diagnostic and clinical activities as well as perfected surgical techniques on male seminal vesicles and to treat varicoceles mini-invasively.
